I would like to share my experience with Robert. I initially found him through my MetLife legal plan. After our first meeting, everything seemed to go smoothly. He appeared very knowledgeable and competent. I anticipated having a Chapter 7 filed after that initial meeting, and I felt quite confident in his abilities, as finding a good lawyer can be challenging. He mentioned that he would have everything prepared for me within two weeks. However, the weeks passed, and I found myself constantly calling the front desk, which primarily served to transfer calls and had limited information. Despite my persistent calls and emails, I received no response. Eventually, I received an email from him a few days later, stating that he was still preparing the petition and it should be ready that Monday. After further attempts to reach him without success, I contacted my legal plan and requested that they withhold payment. I felt I had been ignored, so I engaged another attorney. Subsequently, Robert finally responded via email, but it was too late. I was very disappointed, as I felt I had wasted a significant amount of time waiting.

I’ve know Rob for around 15 years. He is a true professional, and a fantastic attorney. I personally have used him as both a real estate and estate planning attorney. You are in great hands with him!

Called no less than 5 times to get an appointment for a consultation. NEVER received a call back. Pathetic customer service. Sadly, this law firm is part of the MetLife legal network - a referral service that is part of my benefit package through my employer - have let them know this is a deadbeat firm.
