I don't know who the lady is that answers phones but she really needs to be fired or re-trained. I called about an HOA issue and didn't even finish explaining what the other issues were and she cut me off, said I had an attitude (after I simply asked "well can you tell me examples of problems you do handle here?") and after telling me the fees the attorney charges as if she thinks I won't be able to afford it. My husband called back to speak to a supervisor and she said I was "extremely belligerent" (that's far beyond the truth especially since I was sitting in an office and can't even talk I'm such manner and he was right beside me) and then said "I'm about to hang up on you too because I don't have time for this" when all he said was "She wasn't finished explaining the other issues so how would you know if it's something that gets handled here?" Then she hung up the phone in his face. What a great secretary she is... not. Someone please teach this woman how to talk to others on the phone. I would have loved to talk to someone to address this rude behavior.
