Mr. Pincus is the best attorney I have ever met, you know he is good when he walks in the courtroom and other lawyers and judges greet him like they are good friends. When you hire him, your case is solved!

I came to Pincus Goodman in a time of desperate need of representation. With just days left before my hearing and not being from the region, I had no idea where to turn. Mrs. Goodman initially handled my case and then worked side-by-side with Mr. Pincus to not only put together a winning strategy, they did so with requests from me that made their job quite a bit more difficult. They didn't argue against me, they simply accepted what I was asking and developed a plan to work within my requests. The two of them, along with their support staff, not only were beyond prepared on the day of my hearing, but Mr. Pincus able to get the situation dismissed and cleared my name. Afterward, I was emotionally compromised and in tears, Mr. Pincus sat with me and comforted me, giving me sound life advice and a caring ear. He walked me to my car where he stayed with me for over 20 more minutes, helping me come to grips with what my new reality looked like, as well as advice on a few things that would likely come my way. I am forever grateful for the entire team at Pincus Goodman, and while I hope to never have the need to hire them again, I will without hesitation dial their number if I do. I believe this law firm is made of people who care for their clients, the needs of those they represent and the rule of law. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any of your legal needs.

I seldom associate compassion with the profession of being a lawyer but this is no longer the case. Pincus Goodman, P.C.changed my perspective. I was riddled with fear dealing with a situation concerning my son. Made a “verbal” agreement in court; since it wasn’t in writing—over a mother year in legal fees due. Never actually listened to my concerns, would pass work between three lawyers (always unprepared) and eventually refused to help me anymore after lawyer bills were paid. Do not recommend!!

I recently reached out to gain better understanding and the front desk clerk Michell I believe was her name was extremely rude. I called earlier to ask for services and called back for clarification and she was very rude to me and my sister .In my experience Attorney Goodman is good however her staff is very rude and have horrible customer service. I am not in this field and the way she spoke to me and my sister was very rude .
