Terrible experience with this lawfirm. Their paralegal told me I had no damages. $200000+ in interest payments (not including business lost) is considered no damages? I am sorry to have wasted my time with them.

After working with this firm for years, I had an extremely disappointing interaction earlier this year. I hired this law firm to set up a trust that was outlined in my parents’ will. I had a single meeting in which a lawyer gathered information from me and then sent the lawyer vthe will to review, with the understanding that they would set up the trust. The lawyer that I met with left the firm. The firm told me that they no longer had anyone who could set up the trust. I had already paid them $400 — for which I received no legal advice and no trust documents. I asked for them to refund the money, as they did not do the task and I got no legal advice, and they refused.

I recently worked with Liz Bach-Van Horn, and I couldn't be more elated with the end result!! The entire process was lengthy and complex, she was extremely communicative and thorough. I was floundering and frustrated when I contacted Will Kramer about my age discrimination claim. His calm and professional approach -- coupled with his extensive legal knowledge and a refusal to be intimidated by a national organization, provided the reassurance I needed. They wrote a real estate contract for my dad, and the transaction ultimately ended with my dad getting sued. I sent them an email several months later asking if their errors and omissions insurance would cover the lawsuit, or if they'd represent us. They then proceeded to send me a bill for the one minute it took for Juscha to answer my email. Receiving that bill really irks me, and is why I am leaving this review. Look for someone else for your law needs.

I went most of my adult life not needing legal services, but stuff happens, and over the years I’ve been very happy with the work that the team at Pines Bach has done for me. From consulting on a contract so that I would understand exactly what I was signing and giving me the knowledge to assess risk, to creating trusts, my power of attorney and last will, and navigating divorce and custody, the whole team at Pines Bach is great at communicating, and great to work with. That’s why I’ve turned to them whenever life gets complicated. It’s always money well spent. I really feel like they have armed me with key information so that I know what I’m getting into. The thought of planning ahead for what I leave behind was a difficult conversation, but now I’m confident I’ve made the right decision, and don’t have to think about it anymore. Also, my kids will have fewer headaches later, because I haven’t tied their hands or left important decisions for the mythical someday.
