Very helpful attorney website. They came recommended from RAL Academy and I see why. They educate and guide as true advisors. If I ever need an attorney I will be sure to contact them - especially because they are so knowledgeable with the Fair Housing Act. I’ve contacted a few HOA boards with responses such as “no, we don’t allow ALFs in our community.” They say because it’s a “business” in your home which is against their rules. When I get more serious I’ll contact Michelle and get her expert advice and see what they say then.
