I wish I could say that I had a better experience with this law firm, however, my experience with Irubiel was terrible. Here is a quick summary of the timeline of events in regards to filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy — December 14: chapter 13 bankruptcy filed January 13: meeting of creditors — Meeting of creditors pushed back due to trustee needing additional documents January 16: additional documents sent to Irubiel directly via email January 28: scheduled a meeting with Irubiel for status update because he didn’t respond to several previous emails asking time sensitive questions February 3: received a notice in the mail about the trustee filing a motion to dismiss my case due to unreasonable delay — the trustee was missing the documents that I sent to Irubiel on January 16 February 4: the law firm’s paralegal emailed me and asked me to send her the documents at the trustee needs because she has no record of the law firm having them February 5: the case was dismissed due to unreasonable delay — the trustee did not receive the documents that I sent to Irubiel directly on January 16 One of the paralegals at the firm reached out after the case was dismissed and wanted me to speak with Irubiel to discuss switching to a chapter 7 but I have no desire to work with someone who has already demonstrated that he is not reliable.

Irubiel Ferrer, was fantastic in taking over my mom's case for an immediate bankruptcy filing today while her regular attorney was on vacation. Her main attorney, Joe Pioletti, even called my mom while he was on vacation. Irubiel is even taking care of notifying the law firm for a credit card company that was having her go to a court hearing tomorrow. Thankfully, my mom no longer has to attend that court hearing due to Irubiel's due diligence in her case filing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Piolett Pioletti & Nichols attorneys for any legal matters. I have been very pleased with them since the initial phone call.
