After several years, I ended up having to send Ardy a complaint letter. This was a very disappointing and mentally frustrating experience this go round. They had handled a previous case I had with them quite well before but the level of attention and service they once had has dropped off completely. It says on one site that Ardy cannot even practice law anymore. I got stuck with one of their “Satellite Offices” where my case had been forgotten about the past year. I took in an expensive surgery based on a lie told to me by this office that they had already talked to DoorDash and that DoorDash had already agreed to pay for my medical expenses. I didn’t know I was being blatantly lied to by this law group just to get me into surgery but that is what happened. Now I face a huge mountain of debt I can never pay off. I still have physical pain plus all the mental pain from going through this case with them and their “Satellite Office” that forgets about you. The period where this law firm did good work for people has passed. They’re just bs’ing people into getting themselves into seriously jacked-up situations these days. Then they don’t have to care or even get back to you ever.

I had an amazing connection with alli and he was amazing help🙏. I was content with him constantly checking up to see how i was doing and making sure i was receiving the therapy i needed and making it. They also made sure my car was repaired from the damages from when i was rear ended!! I was pleased with their communication when i wasn’t able to pick up but their constant reminders and communication was very helpful👍. Absolutely awful! My father has a case with them for over 2 years and an extremely low settlement has been reached, due to their incompetance, but Pirnia still doesnt want to give my dad the settlement money, so my father hasnt received a cent despite all the therapy and useless things they put him through. Negligence and Unprofessionalism to the core!

They are horrible extremely bad and unreliable. Do not waste your time Not worth the stress I don’t think they all really really bad, but most of them are‼️

I was in a car accident October of last year. I worked with Ali from Pirnia Law Group. Started my treatment right away, very efficient, very communicative. Very happy with the service I was provided. I would most definitely work with Ali again.

Do not trust! Seth was my attorney there. They sent me to a “mill,” for “treatment” with many other patients there and little personable care or information provided for my treatment plan. I was not comfortable with the care provided and did not think it helped with my pain. I was in a great deal of pain, and then they “dropped my case,” saying I would not win. However nearly two years later - I did win a settlement. I was represented by a much more persistent attorney with a smaller practice based locally in L.A. The private attorney did not just give up easily like Pirnia Law Group did. I found their firm from one of their advertisements after being injured in an accident. They will not fight for you, and kick you while you are down! Seth with Pirnia was no help at all, and left me in pain to struggle alone!!!

My experience with this law firm has been extremely disappointing. The level of customer service was unprofessional, and communication was almost nonexistent—calls and messages were rarely returned. Promises made by the attorneys, including Aidan, did not align with the actual results, which left me feeling misled and unsupported. Instead of advocating for their clients’ best interests, the firm seemed more concerned with its own. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the State Bar due to their lack of accountability and integrity. In my opinion, this firm does not demonstrate the professionalism, honesty, or dedication one should expect when seeking legal representation. I would not recommend their services.
