I was referred to Megan Bonnani because I was sexually harassed by a medical doctor while going through a mental health crisis. She doesn't Care about Justice, only how much money she can make. Since when is it okay to take advantage of a patient going through a mental health crisis? Megan thinks it's okay because there's not enough money for her to make!! This so called doctor had his medical license revoked for a year because of his behavior towards me. If your case isn't a BIG MONEY case, she won't take it.

I retained this firm to represent me in a serious federal employment matter. Unfortunately, I experienced a disturbing lack of communication, disregard for deadlines, and violations of basic professional conduct. I wish I could give negative stars. My attorneys failed to notify me of material conflicts, involved unauthorized individuals despite prior agreements, and eventually withdrew after causing significant harm to both my case and my health, including missed opportunities, stalled progress, aggravated emotional distress, and worsening heart-related symptoms. They showed more concern for protecting each other than for protecting their client. They have no integrity. After their withdrawal, I was forced to proceed pro se and clean up the damage myself. I’ve since filed formal grievances and am pursuing legal remedies. I caution others to carefully review this firm’s practices before engaging them. The issues I faced are not isolated. They’re reflected in this firm’s pattern of low reviews and poor client treatment. Their public persona does not match the experience of many clients, especially if you are not of European descent, according to multiple reviews here. hmmmm....

After being referred by another attorney, I was told this firm might be able to help, but they were not. The attorney was unable to take my case due to other commitments and instead referred me to other resources. After submitting my online inquiry, I missed a call by one minute, and when I called back, the receptionist told me it was “best to listen to the voicemail before calling back as there are other cases on my desk,” which came across as dismissive. Benice was a delightful person to converse with.

Receptionist laughed at my workplace incident reports, I'd rather deal with off brand AI.

Did a consultation last Wednesday, was told by email the attorney would follow up within 48 hours, ive called 3 days in a row now asling for a status and to be contacted. Its a week and a half later still havent been contacted. I was really looking forward to using them for my housing discrimination case but I guess not now if this is how they conduct business.

Couldn’t stray away from mentioning blacks and the color of my skin when my case has nothing to do with racial discrimination and goes beyond housing discrimination she’s rude and don’t let you talk she talks over you as if she has it all figured out and gave me the impression she can be bought by the defending party attitude is extremely disgusting I wouldn’t let them represent me on my easiest suit.

No call back after returning a call for an intake. With All these bad reviews, it seems like I dodged a bullet.

Never called me back after I submitted an online form. Sad, I used them before when Joe Golden was there. Now, they won't even return my calls. How disappointing.

Brilliant and exceptional attorneys!!!

This whole review is my opinion based on my Experience with this firm and their attorney(s) Jennifer lord may have 30 plus years of legal expertise, but her lack of compassion and genuine empathy and integrity for a person with a disability who came to her and her firm for help with a civil rights case is beyond detrimental to a client. I will give the Farm it’s full credit and what they were able to do with my case, for that alone on this part only I am eternally grateful. However, I Disclosed a pertinent fact about my case prior to the firm representing me For which I have proof of and credible witness to, the firm and Jennifer we’re fine with this person in fact for 10 months of my case only to look for a way out and leave my case based on that same fact. Jennifer, herself blasted me on the phone for trying to reach out to her boss Mr. Michael Pitt to try and get a better understanding and have a meeting with him and Jennifer to understand the legal complexities of my case. She felt that I was going behind her back but all I was trying to do was have a meeting with her boss and her To get a better understanding of things. The managing partner of the firm, I believe blatantly disregarded me as a client of the firm, failed to return my call or email to address my concerns. Doing so in my opinion shows a lack of total professionalism and a painful disgrace to the legal profession. I recently tried to amend my relationship with the firm, I’m doing so I also Disclosed a very personal story of my life and where I come from which I admit in part may have been a contributing factor for some of the discord between Jennifer and I. Instead of Jennifer exercising some genuine compassion and understanding For my personal story She just replied via email attorney-client relationship cannot be restored stop contacting me for me a man with a disability and wheelchair-bound who is already gone through so much that was hurtful, dismissive, rude and incredibly unprofessional. When we had discord before we worked on our discord prior to us having mediation where Jennifer called me and wanted to work things out prior to mediation. At that time we worked our differences professionally and everything was fine. Then they drop the case I wanted to wait for something I can prove they knew about for 10 months but they left me high and dry and when I reach out to try to make amends and see if we can work past this issue, I get told to pound sand to stop contacting her to which I respected her request. It is in my opinion full heartedly, That any individual with a physical disability or mental impairment not seek the services of this firm because of their apparent rudeness, disrespect and disregard for a person with a disability and their hurtful dismissive conduct

Michael Pitts is the worst attorney of all times. He threw my case and was paid off, turned my life upside down. I hope he gets everything that he deserves, it's coming!!!
