Chuck is very detailed in explaining the updates and situations. Besides, he always takes the opportunity to learn about different conditions so that he can remind me to bring additional to the citizenship test and oath ceremony even though those documents are not required on the USCIS instruction notice but they were actually needed during the test and ceremony. For example he reminded me to bring all of my green cards that have both my previous name and my new name. Chuck always takes care of me with the most updated information from the USCIS.
