Kathleen is not detail oriented or responsive. She gets nothing accomplished and her paralegal is incompetent and unable to do anything by herself. If you have a custody case that matters to you, please do yourself a favor and run.

I scheduled an appointment to see this attorney Tim Gray based on preliminary conversations about my appointment. Visited the lawfirm with documentation as well as providing lengthy discussions of my case. I was charged $150.00 and he told me he would be in touch and provide the next steps for me. I waited and waited. I emailed OVER AND OVER and two weeks later he responded saying he couldn't accept my case because, he was accepting a new and demanding case....Just left me hanging. He never intended on providing representation. It was a easy $150.00 for his firm. Such poor customer service.

Jill Britt and Tina are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive—always quick to answer questions and keep things moving, even during busy times. What really stands out is how genuinely caring they are with clients. Highly recommend them for any real estate needs!

I'm not sure about this firm yet. First time I have ever been asked to pay for an initial consultation for a lawsuit. It makes me feel like they are desperate to make money and don't care about the client or its their way of making their bread and butter money. If I find my instincts in error , I will happily repost my initial impressions. Greedy, undeserving vultures, or caring, professional attorneys, time and my experience will tell.

Even though he was working for the opposite side, Mr. Timothy Grey was very helpful and courteous to us and even delivered our things for us so we wouldn't have to go to the courthouse. Called us back instantly and even let us know case was closed. I recommend.
