Been expecting a call from an attorney for months now. I have not had any responses back to me on my case and requested to speak with attorney directly on different occasions. No response to my emails and when I try to call the office they are not available to speak and ask to leave a message. They took all of my information about my situation and case and just stopped responding to me.

Hired Phillip c. Strozier with PK Law Group back in February 2023 to handle my medical malpractice claim. He is a nice person but greatly lacks in follow up. Weeks without a returned e-mail, slow responses with liable parties insurance company and inaccurate information given to the insurance co demand letter. It does not take 7 months to perform what little correspondence that took place between Mr. Strozier and the liable parties insurance company. A sense of urgency was lacking in my situation especially when I was left disabled due to the negligence of the doctor. My life as been destroyed due to the malpractice and on top of it waisting 7 months with the wrong attorney.

Phillip did a great job keeping me informed & educating me on available options for my case, and saw it to a successful conclusion!!
