At any point he could have just settled without putting up a justified fight, but he did not. The case went from an all out denial of responsibility to acceptance of responsibility and after deposition a healthy settlement. I was going though an unfortunatly all to common situation. I didn’t know where to turn or what to do or even how. You see ads for lawyers everywhere. How do you pick the right one. Well I got lucky I picked PKSD and got to work with and incredible team led by Patrick O’Neill. From day one they told me what to expect and they weren’t wrong. I called last Thursday and wanted to speak with someone about a possible lawsuit for a right above the knee amputation. Today is now Monday and still NO phone call. Sorry going to a different law office.

Luke Mayefske did an excellent job representing me after an at fault accident involving an ambulance company. It took 7 years as the ambulance company kept misrepresenting all the work documented and presented to the courts two times. We won on all fronts and Luke's still fighting for 7 years of interest. Medicaid finally got paid as Luke made sure his team handled it, keeping me calm and free from Medicaid stress. His office was always responsive or proactive keeping me informed.
