Russ basically allowed the state to bully me & totally screw me over completely by not pushing to help me get the necessary care I needed after a work related accident. I got run down by several steers working for a rancher. I am now disabled due to not getting the proper care. My back is totally messed up for life! Thanks, Russ, for NOT doing your job & for not standing up for your client!!
I reviewed your file regarding my representation of you for a workers’ comp injury dated 07-25-2013. The claim was denied by the Montana State Fund. According to the publicly available settlement documents approved by the department of labor and industry, a medical examination by an orthopedic surgeon and a neuropsychological evaluation by a neuropsychologist were obtained. Both of these evaluations concluded your medical complaints were not related to the work injury. Following receipt of these records you and I settled your claim with the State Fund in May of 2014 for $25,000 on a disputed liability basis. I’m sorry if you now, 11 years later, feel like that was an inadequate settlement but I diligently advocated for you, as I do for all of my clients.
Extremely disappointed with this firm. Mindi (Melissa) "represented" me in my case against a former employer. My HRB claim was almost closed without my knowledge because she failed to meet multiple deadlines with the state. She has refused to communicate, and I'd be lucky to get a response after multiple emails and texts. I was forced to call the firm and leave her messages. It's of concern that she's not listed on the website. It should also be noted that due to her lack of professionalism and effort I am now looking for another lawyer. I must explain to new counsel that her incompetence led to an improper investigation and failure to provide the HRB process with full evidence of my claims. Please don't risk a Pro Bono situation with her.

Everyone here is very professional, friendly and hard working but Mindi Driscoll has went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with my case regarding custody with my daughter! Not only did she take this case on pro-Bono, she was an absolute dream to work with. She is very compassionate, creative, super responsive and very strong willed to bring light to an extreme dark tunnel! She brought much happiness and relief to my family with the accomplishments she received for us. I couldn’t of asked for anyone better to have defend me! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
I think Russ might have been a help to me but I had ms. Driscoll and she did nothing but argue with me and give excuses why she wasn't doing anything, at one point called me a bully because I asked about a letter she was going to write 3 weeks earlier, I tried to call and talk to russ about the situation and she intercepted the call and informed me I wouldn't be talking to her boss,I would warn to steer clear of this girl.
