I’ve tried for several months to reach Mr Graves as he seems to be the only attorney at this firm that can handle SC clients. At first we played phone tag and then he just didn’t call me back or answer messages left with multiple staff members. It has put me at an inconvenience now to try and find another attorney to get my will and POA handled before the end of this year.

Don't use this firm. They fail to communicate for months. A legal issue that should've been handled almost a year ago, is still active and not showing any sign of being addressed anytime soon. Jason Graves still has my money and won't return my calls. At this point, it'd have been better to save my money and go through this process on my own. Absolutely astonished this has gone this route when it should've been a clean, no contest divorce.

Hired the firm for child, custody issues and visitation rights. They were very unprofessional assigned and reassigned me to different attorneys on a basic case the attorney I had representing me initially Jason Graves went MIA for months, and many of my legal and support needs were not met for the duration of my case, despite having paid the retainer. The order that was put in place has glaring flaws and mistakes throughout now that I have been to the process. I would not recommend this firm for anything.

Great Probate Lawyer. Patient and understanding. Went above and beyond , Accommodated my elderly mom. He even assisted with out of state probate. THANKS!!

Mr. Plunkett is very knowledgeable. Friendly, as is his staff. Fast appointment times. He made a difficult time much easier to manage.

Excellent legal advice and exceptionally attentive.

Horrible client. Their office hired me as a process server. They needed a service of process completed on a priority rush basis. The job was completed in a timely fashion. They never paid their invoice after several months attempting to collect. Pretty sorry when they charge their clients for my fees. 140.00 is a pretty small invoice to pay for services rendered.

Jason Graves has been a blessing in my life. No one really likes having to see their attorney, but every visit is pleasant and he truly invests himself in the people that he works with. Thanks for working with me over the last 2 years!

My family met with Jim Plunkett for estate planning. He was thorough in explaining the process of planning an estate and all documents needed. Jim was very personal and patience with us. We will use Shepard, Plunkett & Hamilton again if ever needed.
