I called to review the balance on an account. The woman was knowledgeable but incredibly judgmental. The tone of her voice was demeaning and it made me feel even worse than I already did. She had no idea what the situation was that this debt was acquired and I shouldn't have had to explain the situation in the first place to have been spoken to with respect.
