I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Pohlman Law Firm while pursuing a Workers’ Compensation claim. Initially, they seemed eager to help, but things quickly took a suspicious turn. The attorney started pressuring me to shift the focus of my lawsuit away from my employer and go after a third party, which made no sense given my case. Even more troubling, he suddenly pushed me to settle for a ridiculously low amount, acting more like the defendant’s attorney than my own. He claimed I wasn’t cooperating, despite the fact that I provided every document and piece of information he requested, often multiple times. On several occasions, he insisted I drop everything and get on the phone with him immediately, showing an odd reluctance to put anything in writing, which raised red flags. Then, out of nowhere, he dropped my case entirely—right before an important hearing—leaving me scrambling without legal representation. I don’t know if he’s being influenced by the companies involved or if he’s just extremely unprofessional and bad at his job. Either way, I would not recommend Pohlman Law Firm to anyone seeking competent legal help.
