The lack of communication in this office is awful. Babbie was our lawyer and was awful in every way possible. I would highly recommend not spending a single cent in this law office. You are better off representing yourself and putting your money in your savings.

I was the plaintiff in a highly contested divorce case. Luke Babbie was extremely helpful in protecting my assets. He was professional and ethical in representing me as opposed to the defendant's attorney whose damning rhetoric and misinformation added undue stress to an all ready difficult situation. No lawyer can make family court make sense—it's like driving on black ice—but I could count on Luke to follow through, and that's saying a lot based on my experience with several other lawyers in the past. Mr. Babbie brought a breath of fresh air to my custody case that was long and drawn out due to a busy court system at the time in Malone, NY. I would like to make a real commentary about the office of :Poissant, Nichols, Grue, Vanier, Babbie ; I had an Auto accident !!!! Lost my right eye vision !!! I went through 15 Lawyers, yes fifteen Lawyers, Including all the TV Stars and the Heavy Hitters!!!!! Me Babbie and mr Grue, got this settled in three months !!! After two years of fighting progressive and Geico !!!!

Second Attorney's Office that Charges you, $200.00 to make appointment. . Then you show up and Vanier says ,Yes you have a case and will call you back...They DO NOT CALL YOU BACK, I paid them $200.00,to Be Scammed bye them not DOING anything for me But Lie to me and take my money. Then I call for a follow up and get secretary that says Vanier will call back, I ask for Email as I do not have answering machine, and Hearing Issue. Of course its hard for them to dispute their own writing. They take all this info before you see attorney, Why NO denial letter or refund? They ACCEPTED THE MONEY BUT REFUSE THE JOB? MORE UNTOUCHABLE RIP OFF ARTIST??
