While I understand not everything can always go as planned, I was not happy how the case was handled for my family member. My attorney was very rude and she would call back days later. I always felt brushed off and as if I was a burden to her. When I initially came in I spoke to a man who was a partner I believe and after that day never heard from him again. The only person that was nice was the young lady that answered the phone.

Attorney Chicon was an excellent choice. He was the perfect negotiator. I am very happy with my settlement and my treatment by Mr Chicon and his staff. I will be eternally grateful. Thank You!

He was rude to me. He started off very nice on the phone and "fake caring". Once he found out that the police report made an error on their part he didn't want to work with me nor trying to help me amend the report. Typical- only cares about money and not the well being of others. He jumped the gun and assumed I had wrong doing and didn't look into it.
