10/10 recommend. Josiah went above and beyond for me. He worked his butt off and did the unthinkable within two months time. I was facing a prison sentence of 12-32 years. He managed to get the DA to agree to no jail and 3 years probation. What a relief it was! I’m super grateful for what Josiah and Lisa have done for me and would recommend them to any of my friends, family or strangers. Super pleasant to be around, very communicative, have a ton of experience and knowledge in all fields.

The First thing I would like to say is I highly recommend the Polansky Law Firm. I originally started with another law firm who wanted me to accept a plea deal take the money they were paid and leave me to pick up the pieces. My attorneys Valerie cole and Josiah cohen were excellent they didn't push me to accept a false criminal charge, they didn't take the police report as fact, they did investigations, they fought for my constitutional rights and defended me from everyone who would attack my case with the sole purpose to hurt me and my family. The entire experience has been extremely difficult and you have to put your faith in someone else. It took over a year for my case to get dismissed and I know how difficult this kind of experience can be. I wouldn't recommend the Polansky Law Firm if I didn't believe in them. It's a slow process you won't understand everything that's going on but hold on to hope and trust them, they are doing everything they can to protect your rights and I have seen what they can accomplish and how good of Attorneys they truly are. I hired the firm to help with my Son's academic issue due me living far away. However the firm didn't do anything helpful and my son ended up getting suspended. When I decided to end the contract with them, they refunded only 10% of the retainer and kept the rest charging me mostly for emails exchange, phone calls, and one physical meeting. At the rate they charged me, I could have flown in and do it myself and gotten a lot better result. I don't mind paying for their time, but I expected them to at least recognise that they didn't help and refund me a much bigger part of the retainer.

Hillary was very attentive and respectful of my case. The firm was able to work with me and lower their rates when I truly needed the help. Super thankful for the work that was done by this firm, and especially Hillary. I would recommend them to anyone who needs the legal help!

CASE DISMISSED! The first thing I noticed when I hired the Polansky Law Firm was that they took my case as personally as I did. The last thing i noticed was that they had always put 100% into their fight for me, and never let up once. Though my case was shown interest by what seemed like the entire law firm, I was fortunate enough to retain Alison Gordon as my attorney at The Firm. Alison was always straightforward, kind, informative and quick to respond when we corresponded during the case. Alison pulled out all of the stops when it came to making citations, motions and going toe-to-toe with the DA. I never felt as though anything was “sugar coated”, but then again, Alison was getting such good results, that she really didn’t have to.
