I cannot recommend this attorney enough. I had a car accident where the insurance company was really trying to stick it to me. I went there with the expectation of getting a few thousand dollars out of the insurance company just to cover replacing my vehicle after I was rear-ended. I was shocked when I got a call that he got a settlement for A ridiculous amount. 20 times what I was expecting on top of that his fees are very fair and his staff is very very very good at communicating via text or call so after you get your case going, you’re not gonna be inundated with long emails and conversations everything was done quickly and with minimal interruptions

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Attourney Polito. When I was injured in a car accident by someone, I looked for the top Attourney in Google reviews and he came up. I called him immediately and thank God that I did. When you get in a car accident like the one I was in your whole world can get turned upside down and it affects so many different facets of your life after being injured. I couldn’t imagine having gone through that process with anyone else. I cannot say enough, how kind and compassionate Attourney Polito is, his humanity and his heart is in what he does. My case was a bit complex and he walks you through the whole process which I could not have ever imagined doing it without his great experience. Short story, I have never been so well informed. Being a stranger, and feeling like Ms. Sarah Clark genuinely cared is 1 in a million. I was provided with a good pathway to go and insight. I've been fighting to get where I need to go for well over a year. She ended that fight. From my interaction with Sarah, I can only imagine how above and beyond the firm helps there clients. I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience having the Polito &Harrington law firm represent me after my car accident. They were knowledgeable , professional and kept me involved in every step of the legal process. They listened and understood my needs and were able to get the opposing insurance company to settle without a trial for an amount that far exceeded my expectations!!!!! After a traumatic hit and run, I was lucky enough to have the criminal leave his license plate at the scene of the crime. The police were kind enough to provide me with the registration's insurance information. The criminal case was immediately being taken care of, but the long civil litigation was still ahead of me. I decided that I needed a firm, with a respectable reputation, to help me navigate through this very difficult and stressful time. It was very obvious to me, after doing my due diligence of research, that Polito and Harrington were going to go to bat for me. Attorney Polito, and his staff, (hi, Kristina) were professional and worked very diligently. I retained them the next morning, after my accident, and knew it was the right decision for me. Common sense will tell you that you can't assume your case will go as quickly, but it took me 16 months from the signed retainer to the final settlement check. The habitual offender who hit me, is the catalyst for my upcoming lobby for criminal reform. I was able to concentrate on my spine injury, while the criminal side was being dealt with, only due to Attorney Polito's commitment to my case. Due your due diligence, and compare the case numbers of how many civil claims actually go to court versus settlement, among New London civil attorneys. Or, you can just trust me and my experience. *For the integrity in the art of writing, no artificial intelligence was needed for this review. But, I can't do math.

This law firm went above and beyond to help me find a law firm that could help me , because they were not in the area of law I needed. In the future if I need a lawyer in there area of expertise I would not hesitate to hire them.
