Great attorney, man of his word, competent and shrewd

In my opinion based off of my experience in his office this morning Sandy was condescending and refused to listen. If you want somebody who puts the best interest of victims at heart be very cautious in retaining his services. At the end of the day your money is your money but the impression I was given lead me to believe this man may possibly be an advocate for child abuse over child safety based on the conversation we had with him because the only solution he wanted to give was leaving a child in an abusive situation. I definitely felt like he was rooting his assumptions in old sexist, ageist, sit down and shut up because you’re a woman ideologies unwilling to hear anything outside of his own unhinged thoughts.again this is all just my opinion and the way I felt and may not reflect as fact. Do your own research and make your own opinion.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Very understanding, kind, courteous and genuine in wanting to help people take care of their responsibilities. I wish all agencies were like this.

Beware! Sandy is worthless. He does not care about you. I wasted thousands of dollars on him to support me and he did absolutely nothing. I tried to get ahold of him several times to ask questions and never got a response. He literally acted like i was at fault and didn’t act like I was his client. When I was able to get ahold of him he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Super vague and just acted like he didn’t want to help. I was just a paycheck to him. Never would give me straight answers. He did nothing to advocate for me. This place will steal your money and not help you at all. I did not win my case and I had strong evidence to support my case. Very well should have won. If you have the wrong lawyer your evidence means nothing. I urge you to not go here. Don’t waste your time and money and have a horrible experience. The whole staff that works for them is rude also. They hung up on me several times. Biggest mistake I ever made.

Can only speak on experience with attorney John Ball but he helped me out a lot with a court case and this firm is a lot more affordable than their competitors. Wouldn't have done it with anyone else.

They are a shady law firm and will steal from you and not give you any paperwork stay away from this firm

Sandy Pollack is in my opinion one of the best attorneys here in Lincoln and I am forever grateful for how he helped my daughter Kendra.

Be patient with John, he's very Professional and thorough. Would totally hire him all over again if I had to. He earned the Money I paid him! Highly recommend for your legal problems.
