I have used this firm in the past for my green card application and my divorce, and Mister Pollack did such a good job taking care of my delicate situation that i decided to come back now for my citizenship. Pollack wasn’t available so i got a different layer. We had a rocky start cause the paralegal that was assigned to me didn’t properly took care of my case, but once I complained Allan Valladeres stepped in and took care of my application: in just a couple of days my case was sent and the process started immediately . Allan always kept me updated about what was going on, always made sure I had the right documents, that I was aware of the process, and prep me for my interview, and i got my citizenship in just 6months. At first I was very disappointed about the situation and I really wanted to get my money back and find someone else, but once Allan stepped in, the quality of his work, the professionalism, and the attention and care put on my case won me back. This 5 stars review is mostly to praise the work ethic of this person.
