Hurt multiple times at each job, Mr. Polsky and his team was available to guide me at every step. At 1 job I sustained an injury that has required multiple surgeries and insurance refusing to pay. 0/10 extremely unprofessional experience I met with lawyer Rosen today for a workers’ compensation case, and I was shocked at how dismissive and unhelpful he was. He wouldn’t answer any of my questions, his response to everything was “I don’t know” or “I can’t answer that.” When I asked for basic guidance about what to expect or how to handle my financial situation since I’ve been out of work for a month due to an injury I sustained on the job, he completely brushed me off and said, “We’re not the right fit for you,” then walked me out. For someone coming in with their first workers’ comp case, the least he could’ve done was explain the process or show a bit of compassion. Instead, he was rude, impatient, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I would absolutely not recommend Mr. Rosen to anyone. You’re better off representing yourself, at least that way you know someone’s actually fighting for you.

My husband, Richie Draeger used this Lawyer team he says Mr Polosky was the best attorney he has ever experienced working with. He highly recommends him his integrity, his degree of expertise him knowledge and dedication to not giving up was an experience. Will never forget we thank you so much five stars all around Lawyer. First let me start i had a horrible accident at work in new york. i was in pain and at the mercy of a workman's comp insurance company that truly didn't care about me only the goal of keeping this claim low. i was in pain and every time i needed medication the only roadblock i had was approval from the insurance company. leading to me in pain and agony unable to move now tasked with trying to get ahold of them.
