Horrible service. They told me they had submitted my case application, and for a year I called and they never submitted it. The lawyer wouldn't answer me, they translated my documents incorrectly, and they charged me for their negligence.

You'd better run to a better lawyer. We filed the parole petition after a year, and they didn't even submit the form. The birth certificate translations were wrong. The names were misspelled. They wouldn't answer our calls, and on top of that, they charged us for the terrible work they did.
