I have used this practice for both a bankruptcy with Tiffany and for an estate with Jennifer Ellsworth-Aults. It was my first time needing an attorney and I needed two different ones at once. Rachelle was completely useless. I wasted my $10K and almost a year with her, for my divorce case. She was always behind on communication with the opponent counsel. She wouldn't state the facts in emails/documents as I was telling her. And most importantly, even with the solid facts in hands, she would give up by assuming that judge will not agree to that. I don’t understand as what you are charging the fees for, if you are not going to fight/argue on facts, on my case. And when I raised concerns about these issues, she pulled herself out of the case. Very unprofessional. Later, I represented myself and did much better than what Rachelle did for me, for about a year in the beginning.
