Just beginning the process but if the first few interactions with staff and Attorney Kelty are an indication of their professionalism, diligence and compassion, I am grateful. UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: While the Louisville area provides a myriad of attorneys to offer representation for accident cases, I am very happy that I chose Poppe Law Firm. If you are reading this, client reviews are important to you and when you think about it, probably more significant than lots of flashy commercials on TV. The entire legal process can be lengthy, frustrating, and hard to understand for a lay person. My attorney Taylor and his paralegal Jenny did everything over many months to facilitate handling of my claim. Here are just some of the reasons I was so impressed. Initially, they conveyed in clear language the advantages/disadvantages of settling versus taking the case to trial. There was never a development that I wasn’t apprised of immediately. They quickly cited case law when the insurance company involved was going to erroneously disallow some of my expenses. They demonstrated great skill and assertiveness during the negotiation process. And perhaps, most importantly, even though a settlement has been reached and agreed to, the insurance company, suddenly objected to that amount. Taylor was quick to insist on the agreed-to terms and ultimately achieved the original figure. Surprisingly, even after the claim was settled, and I had the proceeds, there was still correspondence from a government agency stating the possibility I was going to have to pay a portion back to them. Again, they solved that additional obstacle and all was resolved. As I look back, I’m very grateful I didn’t have to contend with all this on my own. You owe it to yourself to work with an attorney firm that puts you first and foremost. You can’t go wrong with Poppe Law Firm. Good people.

This is not the law firm that that one sees on billboards or obnoxious tv commercials. I needed help, and Taylor Richard relieved me of the stress generated by an insurance claim. Taylor was always available to answer questions and kept me informed of progress. Poppe Law Firm took care of me.
