Always receive my paycheck on time. Tax time they make it super easy to find and print off my W-2 for tax filing. Another nice feature is they don't charge the nanny for their services as some companies do.

We have been Poppins customers for 6+ years and have used it across multiple nannies and caregivers. We find it intuitive and easy to set up and seamless when it comes to payment and tax support. Our nannies like the ability to download their tax docs and understand what is driving their comp.

As a working mom, I want to spend as much of my time with my kiddo as I can, as relaxed as I can be. Inviting someone into my home to take care of my kid is already stressful, all of the complexities that come with being an employer and utilizing a daycare FSA only add to that. Poppins took away the stress of taxes, automated payments and gave me the flexibility to adjust payroll as needed- giving me one less thing I have to keep track of and worry about. The mobile app and website can be improved, but once you sit down and know the tool you realize it does the job well and that it really takes a load off. I stopped using it because we no longer need childcare, but I recommend it to anyone who is concerned about the tax implications of employing someone for an extended period of time or using benefits like a daycare FSA.
