Whomever the lady is that answers the phone here is SO very rude. I asked to speak with an office manager and she said "She's not here" and then hung the phone up. Didn't ask to take a message. Didn't offer a voicemail. Just hung up the phone. Not at all the type of business etiquette anyone in this business should be displaying. Do better.

I contacted Mr. Moye today to inquire if he had any legal documents submitted to him from my mother related to her hospital stay and I have never been spoken to in such an unprofessional manner in my life. The tone in his voice and the manner in which he delivered the message to me was so rude. Wow!!! I would never use this man for any service he offers. I am an educated professional and was spoken to like a piece of trash. Not sure how he has any clients but I will tell everyone I know how I was treated by this unprofessional individual.

Called to inquiry about doing business from an investment level and spoke with Mr. Moye. He proceeded to answer my question and was very short afterwards to the point I was not able to ask any other questions. Bad first impression.
