The lady who answers the phones needs to learn some customer service. I’d never use this place absolutely awful experience

I don't know exactly what is going to happen but i know i have been fighting for myself since 2018" it's 2025 and i feel God 🙏🏽 has truly found someone to help me , and i definitely manifest it 🙌🏽🙏🏽 already but the end is near, and i truly believe and appreciate it this man Mr Potter!!! Yes!! Absolutely he knows his work he knows when we are being bullied, and him/ and his staff are not having it, im so grateful once again, im sure to come bk soon and share my results with , i was told to just breathe it's okay 🙇🏽‍♀️ and ill never forget how and who game me those words cause i cried the rest of the day cause i knew he understood, me . blessings on this firm to grow bigger and stronger, Amen

If I could give zero star to this law firm I would. I did not hire anyone there as my attorney, but I had a consultation with Mr.Potter who does SSI cases for disability. Remember if you have an appointment with him he doesn’t know anything about the case even though you already emailed all the papers that they need. He is very rude, no manners at all and actually he will constantly make sure that use indirect tone to let you know that he thinks you are not telling the truth. He has his own philosophy about meditation and doctors and he is not willing to listen to any explanations at all . Do not forget his is old and doesn’t have patience to listen. I knew my son case would not win , but the way he was talking to me in very rude and stupid tone and making stupid comments was unbelievable. He even suggested that I should do dangerous treatment like TMS which was not recommended by any doctor to make an active case. When I said no doctor recommended that kind of treatment he said you are saying that not doctors. As you see he is not willing to accept any facts except his own beliefs. The most stupid lawyer I have ever seen. Do not waste your time there are many other lawyers that would help you and would be caring and understanding about your situation.

Mr. Potter and his assistant Lidia were absolutely terrific. After being denied twice . They won my case for me. Mr. Potter is GREAT at what he does. Thank you so much!!

The smoothest process I've experienced. My outcome was successful, but miraculous, so I can't really detail it and have you think it is typical by far. My husbands case was a SSI matter and I tried for 2 years to do it on my own. I had no idea of what a degrading process this is. We lost everything in the process. I almost lost my mind. 4 people told me to go to this firm, but I had no more strength. The tears are coming just thinking about this awful experience but I finally picked myself up and went. I saw them ONCE!!! Eliot was straight up front, no promises, told me all the possible things that could happen, took my mound of paperwork and went to work. His secretary is sharp and knows what to do when he's not there. The place is clean and professional and you sit with the attorney in dignity. If they don't think they can do anything...they will tell you and probably won't take the case. You can't ask for anything more. I didn't need more games, I needed a judicial friend who was a pit bull! (he's a nice guy otherwise) makes you laugh sometimes when he sees your pain. I LEARNED MORE FROM THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT SSI THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. IT IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE AND IN REAL PEOPLE ENGLISH!! In all fairness I must say I went to the well publicized firm from TV. I was in shock at the environment and felt my stuff will get lost in this place. Where is the Esq.? piles of paper everywhere, when would they ever get to me or know what was mine? Thank God I backed out. It took about 3 months after the appeal was submitted and we were all wondering what was taking so long. The next correspondence came in the form of payment to me and my attorney! My mailbox was BLESSED!! Thank You Potter, Cohen & Samulon for helping us get our life and dignity back. I'm just recovering from the wounds and my husband still has a ways to go. Thanks for being there!
