I contacted this office on April 18th. They took all of my information and NOTHING. Conflict of interest? Did you know the parties involved? Very disappointed in the lack of courtesy or communication, especially when another attorney referred me to this office. I appreciate Helen's time and honesty with the attorney's schedule and heavy caseload, but I really needed help and I've yet to receive any type of follow up. The ATTORNEY General's office agreed that I had a case and gave me the avenues to pursue. I just submitted another complaint to them about the Home Warranty company in collusion with a buyer, seller, broker that paid $250 for a structural engineer report??? They're helping me with yet another repair. I had 7 done in the 1st year. Pictures speak volumes. Well documented paper trail....
