I am currently still waiting.. receptionist in Georgia glad to take my $49.95 and haven't heard a thing backin couple days asked for a refund and they all have currently gone ghost.. thumbs down....i too want a refund for they're secretary to pretend.(cheryl)

Call takers for the attorneys can be very rude and unhelpful. Why are they working for the company if they don’t have sense enough to carry a polite, professional conversation? Spoke to Patrick and he was rude. An opportunity for re-training him is definitely worth a shot!

I had several conversations with an attorney here, I told them I wanted to retain them at least 3 times. We had several conversations regarding my case, only for them to tell me that they are unable to be retained. I was given a referral to another lawyer within their network. This lawyer hung up on me just to get me to shut up, and then when she called back, she continued her same sentence she interrupted me with before she hung up on me like nothing ever happened and then she said that I am difficult to talk to despite me telling her that I hit my head on a piece of metal two months ago and have brain fog and difficulty with understanding and that I would need some patience. This second lawyer doesn’t want to fight for me, she grossly undervalued my case because I was not able to speak to her and give her the full picture in chronological order due to her hanging up on me, and telling me that I’m difficult instead of taking time to understand what I was trying to hire her for. Crazy enough, I was trying to hire her to protect me against the same discrimination that she did to me that I had just faced elsewhere. I do not recommend this law firm to anyone.

This is the final straw. I attempted to utilize Legslshelids' service for prepaid legal assistance to aid us in obtaining a report and resolving our stolen car and burglary case. Unfortunately, they failed to provide adequate support. Legslshelid partnered with subpar law firms that neglected their duties and failed to provide satisfactory services to clients like myself, rendering the situation untenable. It is not worthwhile to waste your money on these ineffective and unreliable services! If I were in your shoes, I wouldn’t tolerate this level of service anymore; instead, I would seek excellent assistance elsewhere for comprehensive case support; not highly recommemded!!!!!!

I received a letter from Mr Yonkers, demanding a respond. Okay sure. I called to get a better understanding what formal respond are they asking because based on this letter, your info is very misleading, and no i will not reply/respond to unauthorized disputes & false claims. I spoke with Nicole at the front desk, her respond was "No we dont allow direct contact to Attorneys" like really! Further more, her communication skills are so harsh negative and very rude unprofessional. Coming from a lawful office!!! Very unlawful. I feel very sorry all their clients!

I have made numerous phone calls to Lance Griffen, Executive Director @ LegalSheild, also Executive Director at Youngevity. Lance sold me a subscription to Powers Chapman legal services and said I could cancel it at anytime. That is NOT true. I called Powers Chapman and they couldn’t do anything about it and they told me to call their Corporate Office. I spoke to an employee there and I told her I sent several emails and made calls every week and No one will confirm my cancellation. They won’t confirm my cancellation on emails, text or verbal phone calls. This is unreasonable and unprofessional. I expected better. They told me today to call back in another week.

I utilized Powers Chapman through Legal Shield for a traffic ticket I received. While my issue, unfortunately, wasn't covered, Steven Martin happily and thoroughly walked me through my options and next steps. What impressed me the most was that he listened to my questions and gave tailored, thoughtful responses (not just boilerplate). That can be frustratingly difficult to find, but I left impressed.

The Powers Chapman Office Managers and Attorneys are polite, friendly and professional. The Attorneys are area experts on the topic I’m calling about and they are always timely on their call backs. I rely on them for all my legal business questions. They are the best!!!

They just need an issue hand platted or silver spoon fed. Many blessings!, and finally no call, no follow up from one of the firm attorneys I retained. This concludes how poor unprofessional and irresponsible that is I have to appear in court now in less than 4 hours, and I have no access and tighed up to an appointment prior to and after. Just great people to work with....No thank you 7/3/2024 In ongoing issue with a nasty event with HERTZ livonia location on plymouth rd I envoloved this firm and instead of assisting me in this regard they took a complete neutral approach. and totally pointed the situation at me as the corporate attorney twisted the facts to cover thier tracks.I say great service. thats what you do to ypur clients is it not. this past few experiences I had I decided to save my money. I advise you to do the same thing.Good day!

Iffy, one broad left a bad taste in my mouth because she didn't understand that ATT was in the wrong wholeheartedly. She made it seem as if it was all on me, i dare not pay money to an incompetent person. Legalshield needs to do better when selecting firms. On another note i've dealt with an older gentleman a couple of times who got issues resolved. They claim to practice most nooks and crannies. When it came to certain things it was a total miss with no follow-ups to the other party. When i select a law firm i want to know 100% that they have my back. I don't want to be tossed around to different people. I want to be able to speak with them directly without jumping through hoops. I liked the service better when it was Prepaid Legal. There's not one lawyer who practice personal injury, tickets and buisness affairs all under one roof. They need to stop the madness. Beware of trying to cancel the membership. You'll have to email the request to legalshield and then wait or someone will lie and say you'll owe. There's no contract so you won't owe a dime. I had to file a bbb complaint on them. 4 stars for the person who actually did their job at Powers Chapman.

Not a fan of this firm. They are always rude when working with us as clients. This has been both in business and personal. Not to mention, they are not very quick on the turn around. Hard when business has time constraints. For about the same price, we found a small business attorney to put on retainer. It made much more sense for our business.

Desperate for clients and very rude. They want you to pay to be told about their legal services... what every other lawyer does for free. You pay a fee to obtain legal advice and they only advise you to hire them for your case. Was literally just given incorrect information that could've ruined my case completely. Go anywhere else. I want a refund.
