I can’t say enough about the group of people I worked with!! First and for most was Jeff of course, but couldn’t have gotten by without the help that Amy, Jackie, Toni and Claudio provided me!! They were with us every step of the way! We got caught up in the courts being shut down from Covid, but that never stopped Powless Law Firm from reaching out to us and keeping us up to date on things!! I didn’t know what to expect going into this case the only thing I knew is that I and my siblings wanted justice for what happened to our mother. Powless Law Firm was nothing short of amazing with navigating us through this case. Everyone from the front desk to Mr. Powless himself was very nice and knowledgeable. Jackie and Amy were amazing as well. I will forever recommend this law firm and their services to anybody that may be in a situation with their loved one as we were with my mother. Amy! Is Horable!!! 9 months later was notified by certified mail, that they could Not continue with my case!!! The communication was horrible! And as far as the medical records, well I don't know what they were looking at, because mine didn't match theirs and they had no photos. This whole time they treated my case as a joke! And it doesn't take 9 months to realize you can't represent anyon. So now I have to find another lawyer that will take my case seriously. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

The horrific pain, suffering, abuse, and neglect that my beautiful loving mother suffered while in the care of a rehabilitation facility causing almost a year of intense suffering and pain was too much for me and my family to bear. Our mother was always loving, kind, and caring to us! We have experienced a tragic loss that has impacted our lives forever ! Powless Law Firm is our only hope for some sort of solace in this situation. It takes a dedicated group of highly educated people with a strong knowledge of the law to be able to reprimand the actions taken against my mother. Our family needs to have some sort of closure and peace. Powless Law Firm is helping us to do this.
