Never got back to me even after I called 6 times and left messages

Response from owner

Carol. I’m very sorry that I haven’t been able to call you and all of the other Summit callers back. We have had so many callers it’s just been impossible to return all of the calls and also get our work done on the case.

In this short period of time we have added an additional plaintiff and class representative to the case. We have filed a new and amended complaint in the class action suit. We have hired a consultant within the industry to build the Class claims. Our firm has sent Freedom of Information Act requests to the Attorney General and to the Public Service Commission. And we have been working through the documents we have begun receiving. And lastly, and most importantly, we have researched the law and drafted an appropriate motion for a Temporary Restraining Order that, if granted, will give immediate relief to the Class and order that Summit shall not disconnect anyone for non-payment. We are preparing for a Court hearing on that motion and will publicly report the outcome.

Right now, the class action is protecting all customers of Summit within the State of Arkansas. There is nothing you or any other Arkansas customer must do right now to “join” the case. Right now, you are covered.

What you can do is fill out our complaint form at https://www.poynterlawgroup.com/general-9. You may also file a consumer complaint with the Attorney General on that office’s website. You should also file a complaint with the Public Service Commission.

I hope I have adequately explained why we are unable to answer all of the calls right now, and importantly, have adequately explained what you may do to help.
