I needed a lawyer for a simple divorce case. Jennifer is very thorough in our video interview. The verdict came quickly after submitting all the necessary documents. A minor hiccup is there was a clerical error in the final document due to the court clerk's typo which Jennifer took care of it rather quickly. Throughout the entire process, email communication is very frequent. I had a positive experience with her. Her team is bilingual. Some of her team members are more fluent in Spanish than English.

Horrible experience. Dayana the paralegal barely speaks English and hung up the phone when I had questions about the retainer that was sent. They lie about the pricing which was easily dropped from $1,500 to $1,000 on the first negotiation.

This was my first time hiring legal services, and I got to say that it was a huge decision.
