I'd give 4.5 for a headache outside the firm's control but one I wasn't notified of until I became irate and worked my way up. However I still give 4.5 stars. Brian and Kathleen were both fantastic for my probate case, replies and instructions were prompt and available. Brian and Kathleen both did a great job explaining to me, an Idaho resident, how Oregon probate works. Which is a much different and longer process than Idaho's. Aside a couple minor hiccups due to state lines everything was smooth and painless. Zero problems recommending Brian Beck of Miller and Hopp for probate cases and anything else he practices in.

I was actually referred to this law office by the Oregon Bar which is rather disappointing. Legal staff is incredibly ignorant and wouldn't even let me ask one single question to the lawyer about the law in regards to my case. Typical Diva-Laywer complex.
