An Amazing Team!!! Steve and Jay were very professional. These gentlemen mean busyness!!!! I had a tenant threatened me with hiring an attorney after I had first provided a notice to vacate thinking I would be able to handle this situation myself. This tenant also claimed he had contacted a legal aid organization and tried to prevent me from accessing the property. Jay posted the first official “10 Day” notice of violation the same day I visited their office. We had official eviction court documents in little over 30 days after the initial notice.
