Generationally and politically entitled

Nicole is the worst attorney you could ask for. No communication until the day before your court hearing, won’t answer the phone will not email you back. Does not do her job as court appointed attorney even in the slightest. If you receive her as your court appointed attorney ask for new representation. She will not help you.

Paralegal Launna Stafford worked with us, and she was great! She explained the process to apply for SSI disability for one of our kids, who recently had two strokes and left him unable to be employed again. She kept us updated and promptly answered any question that we emailed or called her about. Something unique, we never have met her or been in the Preszler & Bunch office! Our case was handled by mail, telephone, and mail! We had success, because this firm knows what they are doing, and the process it takes. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need help. These folks (all of those involved at many levels) were on top of every issue that came up before my hearing and all the medical data that had to be gone over. Mark Bunch Gives u the run around and charged me 2 time's the percentage agreed on 🤯claim not knowing at the end of the day got some of my money back waist of time and not trust worthy to take care of ur case .. Gives attorneys a bad name Bad experience on my l&I claim
