Excellent work with a difficult audio file.

I contacted Primeau Forensics for assistance with the sound from a video file containing a background conversation important to a criminal defense investigation. In the original video, the conversation is 100% inaudible primarily because of a substantial reverb in the acoustics of the large rooms they were speaking within, and also because the conversation took place in multiple rooms other than the room that was recording the video. Primeau Forensics handled the case in a very professional manner and produced a file where some of the dialogue was clear. I look forward to working with Ed Primeau again in the future. I'm the HR Assistant of a home health care business and one day out of nowhere my laptop seemed to have deleted all of my files, documents and work. I spent a good 2 hours trying to figure out what had happened to my work and even went to Geek Squad at Best Buy to see if they could recover my files. After over an hour, the gentleman helping me could not find my files and I went into full panic mode! My best friend came back to my house and looked up different computer system repair places and found one that seemed pretty promising, but after speaking to a representative he mentioned that I would have to mail my computer to them which could take weeks to receive back and the cost ranged from $600-$2,000. They were also out of state. I asked about the address that was online which was only 20 minutes away from my house and asked if I could go in person and see if someone could help me or at least tell me where my files were. He said there was no harm in trying. My boyfriend and I rushed to the address since they would be closing within 20 minutes when we arrived and hoped for the best. We pull up and the address lead us to Primeau Forensics and were welcomed by Michael Primeau. I explained everything and he invited us inside to take a look at my laptop. We weren't there for more than 3 MINUTES and he found all of my work! I immediately started crying because I couldn't believe he had found absolutely everything, downloaded everything to a hard drive stick (which he gave us for free), and didn't even charge me anything. I swear I thought he was an angel LOL...All that he asked was if I could leave a review. So here I am! This man did in less than 3 minutes what Geek Squad attempted to do in over an hour.
