I'll never know if Mr. Trovato is a good attorney because of the experience I had with the person taking the calls. I was on notice from the first word out of her mouth, which was simply "Hello?" It didn't sound like I'd reached a law office, so I said, "I'm sorry, who am I talking to?" and she just said her first name. I said I was trying to reach a business and wasn't sure I had. Only then did she seem to switch into work mode. She wanted to connect me to the attorney for my consultation then, but I an appointment, so she told me to call the next afternoon at any point because he had nothing scheduled. Within 20 minutes, she called back to let me know he was available right then, as if the conversation we'd just had that had never happened. I reiterated that I'd have to call the next day and double-checked the hours with her. When I called the following day, it was the same person. She did answer with the name of the business this time! She said she was sorry, but he wasn't in the office that afternoon but would be Monday or Tuesday. I said I was told several times by her (I had to ask for her name) that he'd be there. The gist of her response was , sorry not sorry, stuff happens. It was only after the first call that I read the other reviews, and noticed that the negative ones were mostly about the staff, not the lawyer and I completely understand why.

Don't bother reaching out..I am a victim of a crime and I reached out to then rather than explaining and reliving the crime I decided to ask her If she can google me to save me from explaining.. And she wanted me to explain and was being extremely dismissive to a victim

The person serving has the worst attitude I have ever experienced when hiring a service. I made an appointment for Wednesday, December 11 because it was my day off. The next day I call to change it and the person tells me that I ordered it on a Wednesday, that is correct but I am calling to change it for another day, bad attitude and repeating that I specifically ordered it on a Wednesday. He agreed to schedule the date for a Thursday and when I tell him that the person who will call will be my husband, he tells me that the lawyer can't talk to him because he has to talk to the person on the case. That the lawyer is not going to waste time. If I call to change the date of the appointment and the person who is going to speak with the lawyer, what's the big deal? I definitely wouldn't recommend it if the appointment person has such a bad attitude.

George was extremely rude and dismissive. I am extremely disappointed with the “free” consultation that I had with Mr. George. This man spoke over me and was extremely rude over the phone. I tried to explain my situation with George however he gave me zero hope in helping me with my situation. I reached out because the reviews were good however I had bad luck with this person. Thank God I didn’t waste my money never again. Good luck finding clients in the future with your attitude.
