I'm having trouble collecting from my property damage insurance and called Property Claims to get a couple of simple questions answered. The answer I got saved me from committing insurance fraud. So, I was especially grateful for that piece of advice. I also got a strategy for attempting to getting the insurance to pay. I'm working on that strategy now in hopes it works.
