Protzman Law Firm

Contracted with this firm since July 2nd, 2024. Today is December 3rd, 2024 and they have done Z-E-R-O. Won't reply to e-mails or call back even after several messages left. I would absolutely find another firm. This one will waste your time and delay your progress, guaranteed!

Impossible to get a response over the phone or email. Case is 18 MO this old now and we get updates through the clerk of court. At what point does this become malpractice?

I highly dnt recommend this frim I had 2 lawsuits Andy handled for me over excessive force against the independence mo police department he never returned my calls when needed.i feel like he didn't believe me so he just dropped my case before court what did I do wrong ? I feel like I deserve a explanation at least

I was a part of a class action lawsuit against my company about a year ago. every few months I would reach out for an update on my case in that time I was only replied to once. the past month as I neared 1 year from first filing, I made a point to try and communicate with protzman law to get an update since it was a year out. I tried both emailing and calling each were never returned. so, I googled and found that my case had been terminated by a judge 7 months ago. I had to find that out through google and not the law firm I had hired for my case. I have not been impressed by this firm's communication and would recommend finding a different law firm that will actually take you seriously.

I was having a difficult time with Geico after I had been in a no fault accident. I called Protzman Law and met with Brandon Kerns. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company paid out what was due, handling all of the communications and staying on them until the repairs and injury compensation were finished. He worked with us on meeting times, always returned phone calls and emails, answered any questions, and always made sure we were taken care of. I can't recommend him enough, thank you for everything!

I've never needed to hire a lawyer before, so I was rather stressed and anxious about the process, but Ben Stelter-Embry with Protzman Law Firm was great to work with. He took the time to speak with me about my situation at-length, multiple times, and was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
