I called several times over the course of two weeks. They kept promising to call me back finally on the third call, I got transferred to Attorney Prugh He began to explain how long he’s been doing this and kept cutting me off and yelling at me within a span of about 8 minutes and he did not take my case because it’s to difficult. He was very impatient, rude. I’m tired of these attorneys. If it’s not an auto accident, they’re rude, unprofessional, and have no passion for justice.

Attorney Prugh and his staff did an amazing job handling my case. They were able to avoid trial and receive the max settlement.

Years back when I was still in college, I was highly recommended to hire prugh law and they handled two injury accident cases. I will say the first one I thought they did their best. After graduating and gaining more life experience and working with financial and litigation offices, I have learned that prugh decided to take the short route and settle out two of my cases. I would not recommend them for anything. I could have gained hundreds of thousands of dollars and instead settled for then less than 10k. If you had a great experience with them, that’s great but I did not.

This law firm is the absolute worse of them all. I had to continuously contact their office for updates. I never spoke to my actual case manager never sat down to discuss details of my case except for the first initial consultation. Tim Prugh is very rude and condescending. Was told by my doctors that his law firm was no longer representing me as legal counsel and never received a call from Tim to determine why. When I questioned why was I finding out from my doctor this information I was told by Tim that I was being aggressive and loud. Instead of an apology for unprofessional behavior and actions I was being blamed for my accident and not heard. I highly would not recommend this firm to no one. Utterly horrible!!!!!

Prugh likes to settle out of court in 3 different conversations he mentioned how tuff and difficult an oponent we had the case lasted close to 2 years and he wouldn't move forward with a trial i finally gave up and told him to settle for whatever at the end due to my accident i have medical papers that certify me as 30% disabled and i live in pain i would recomend staying away from this guy

Maybe some who have five star rating forget how to use it. I am a client of the firm in present time. In the last year during this lawsuit which should have been a win, I do not consider them to have fought for me the way an attorney should. I have lost my husband to renal failure going dialysis three x a week. I have lost my baby as well. I was so depressed and trusted that these lawyers had my back. I feel that i have been ran over by them instead. They can't even pronounce my name right.
