Yes everyone on staff is extremely gracious, courteous and professional but there are a couple of things to be aware of when seeking out this law firm 1) Julia is actually running the show here not the attorneys. She plays the role of administrative assistant but really shes a partner behind the scenes ensuring they squeeze as much as they can out of your settlement for themselves. 2) On top of their 1/3 of your settlement amount they also hire third party companies to process paperwork and charge you out of your settlement amount to pay these companies which they disclose very vaguely in the original retainer agreement and most clients neither take the time to read or notice before signing. 3)You will be charged for additional services from your settlement amount not even needed for winning your case for instance services had your case gone to trial and even if your case settles before trial they will still find a way to charge you. Our family is still currently in the process of battling our then lawyers because we refuse to allow them to take advantage simply because they are a law firm. We called them out on several dishonesties upon carefully reviewing our disbursement forms. Trust me we are not out to ruin this lawfirm or its reputation but clients deserve to be forwarned. Seek a more honest lawfirm because our overall experience once we began questioning them all of that initial courtesy and concern went out the window. They were not happy with us once we started poking around and we are still to this day seeking advocacy from legal support and intervention. im near certain someone from their offices (presumably Julia) will professionally reply to this post in an attempt to discredit this review but dont fall for it regardless of what they say Seek another lawfirm! I went to Will Forero for a personal problem regarding an issue with a tenant. Unfortunately, he could not help me as there was a conflict of interest regarding that tenant. All was well and I thought that was the end of it. However, what I did not expect was for Mr. Forero to disclose what I had spoken to him in private to that tenant. Even if I was not a client yet, I went to him for advice and he broke confidentiality by speaking directly to that tenant. This was very unprofessional and does not set a good standard for his law practice. I will never be back and I hope future clients will take this review as a warning for his unethical practice. Edited: EVIDENCE OF UNETHICAL PRACTICE. Not only is Forero unprofessional, he is a blatant liar. I have the email he sent me about the conflict of interest regarding my tenant. Now he is backtracking to cover his mistake.
