I hired and paid a retainer to this firm, over 3 months ago for help and they haven't gotten anything done and I have been emailing for my Retainer back and they keep ignoring my emails, my phone calls, everything. All I want is my retainer back for the work, not done but they are being unethical and unprofessional, as well as poor communication with their clients. I plan to file a complaint with the California Bar Association.
