My case was not easy and tough! I am so glad that I have found Puget Law Group and have Norann to represent me! Norann took time thoroughly to review lots of information and patiently listened to me. She guided me and explained to me every single step of way through out the whole process, especially in the areas of legal proceedings and implications. Norann replied my messages and emails promptly and immediately to keep me in the loop, and always addressed my concerns and put my mind at ease. She assured me that she would follow through every step of the way and not to leave me hanging. What I appreciate the most is Norann knows what she is doing and always thinks for the best interests of her clients.
