Attorney Don Pumphrey Jr. is a straight PRO defense attorney! He’s a tough fighter and genuinely cares about you. I speak from direct experience as a client. He was a former prosecutor and former police officer so his knowledge is impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed working with his staff. They were always attentive to me and were professional. I made a stupid, drunk mistake of breaking into a car because I confused it with my own. Was facing 2 felonies and was on the verge of being arrested, but I hired Don before that, and we were able to get the state attorney to agree not to file any charges if I paid restitution to the car’s owner. No arrest ever occurred, and I was able to keep going to school during this ordeal. He explained all my questions about the process and guided me into making the best decisions. Great work from Don!

Mr Pumphrey is the best decision too make.
