My experience was horrible. I went in and spoke to Tim Murphy about my case, but before he would let me he needed to know every detail of my finances which I found unprofessional. Then I told him the details of my case and he laughed and called me a liar. He said I'd be better off acting like I was a drug addict. He the told me id most likely lose but he's take my case for $15'000. I told the secretary about how his behavior and asked if it was normal and she couldn't comment, when I left I said no thanks, to which he said call me and let me know how things went when I got out of jail. I called him today to inform him my case was nolle prossed, and my lawyer charged me $7'500 and didn't laugh or call me a liar or figure my finances out. Sebald hackwelder and koch for the win. Do yourself a solid and always get a second opinion.

I drove two hours to talk to this guy From the start he was rude and contending. I got upset and he asked if I wanted to go to the hospital. Or call the police He then said he had no time to drive 2 hours or was a waste of his time and I didn't have enough money. He would not even listen to what I was saying. And when I got upset and left and sat in my car bawling. He was staring at me out the window. Veteran affairs suggested a web sight that had lawyers who would help veterans. When I asked him why he would treat a female combat veteran with ptsd this way. He shook his head. Shame on you for acting this way. If it was to far. Why didn't you say something before I drove the 2 hours. You caused me undo stress and I almost killed myself. I hope your happy with how rude you were. I would not use this guy He's smug. Rude and looks down and talks down to people.

He got a third dui offense within a two year period dropped down to fines and probation. (For a family member NOT ME) Everything he said he was going to do, He did and made it happen, would highly recommend.
