They just took your settlement and never followed up with you.

Not happy with this Lawyer I used them before recently on three cases .they have called my company on me saying I am a reckless driver that is not true. I have a dash cam and I’m a very courteous driver. I used to like using you guys, but after this ,you trying to fish a case on our company I don’t think you’re an honest Law firm to work with to work with I will not recommend you to my family members or any of my friends that get in an accident trying to fish a case from my company is not cool.

Review for Push & Wynne (formerly Push & Nguyen) I am sharing this review based solely on my family’s personal experience with this firm. We initially retained the firm when it was operating as Push & Nguyen. After representation began, the firm later changed its name to Push & Wynne, which we understood to be due to a change in partnership. This transition occurred while my mother’s case was ongoing. Throughout the representation, we experienced consistent challenges with communication. Calls and messages were often not returned in a timely manner, and it was difficult to obtain clear or consistent updates regarding the status of the case. On several occasions, I reached out to multiple staff members and supervisors in an effort to get information, but communication issues persisted. There were also concerns regarding documentation and accuracy of information. Some of the information the firm had on file for my mother appeared to be incorrect, including addresses that we did not recognize or provide. Additionally, certain documents and paperwork we expected to receive were delayed or not provided to us at all. Regarding fees, we were initially advised that the contingency fee would be approximately 33%. Later, we were informed that the fee had increased to 45%, and then adjusted to 40%, which we were told was due to the case being taken into litigation. These changes were confusing to us and not clearly explained at the time. After more than a year, we were advised that the case required litigation. Ultimately, my mother received approximately $5,600 from the settlement. We were informed that the attorneys retained approximately $10,000, with the remaining amount allocated to medical expenses. Based on the communication challenges we experienced throughout the case, it was difficult for us to fully understand or verify the breakdown without additional clarification. Overall, our experience was disappointing. We felt there was a lack of consistent communication, organization, and transparency, which made it difficult to feel informed or supported during an already stressful time. I recommend that anyone considering this firm carefully review all agreements, ask detailed questions upfront, and ensure they are comfortable with the level of communication they may receive.

Accident occurred 18 months ago (7/10/24). The last communication from them was September 2025. W The only way I get any updates on my case is when I contact them. I receive very little information when I do talk to them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I used to recommend this law firm to everyone but I will no longer do so. They were great in the beginning, but that has completely changed. I even recommended them to my dad, and ever since then it has been nothing but excuses and run around. Every time we call for an update, we’re told they are “on another call” or “not in the office.” This will definitely be the last time I use their services. And for anyone wondering about the 5-star reviews many of those are paid for, so don’t be fooled..

Bradford H was an amazing attorney and kept me up to date and informed about my case. Francis A was a great case manager and took care of my appointments and myself making sure I got the right treatment to get me back to normal and out of pain. Would recommend them to friends and family.

My case took longer than expected due to me still being in pain even after the surgery. However, Bradford and Francis made sure I was taken care of at all times. I was satisfied with my settlement amount and the services they provided
