Horrible law firm John Hirch is a fraud

Wish these reviews were seen before these rip offs were hired! What a joke! 3 YEARS and all this place could get was 10k... A car hit my brother crossing the road... Guy took off but was chased and arrested... 2 cameras and 2 witnesses proving the guy was wrong! Cut and dry... Not for this place! No one EVER answers the phone... They play pass the buck... The women are RUDE... Never get updated... TERRIBLE ATTORNEY!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Michigan Uninsured Motorist should be ashamed of themselves!

Horrible law firm! Front desk lady has attitude and has no experience in customer service! Attorney got money for case and has not paid us yet. Attorney isn't good with following up with client. Case has been since 2018, it is now 2022! I believe attorney plans on keeping all the funds to himself if he already hasn't spent it all.

Horrible communication, never answers. The front desk lady always gives me attitude, will never recommend this law firm to anyone. If I could give this firm 0 stars, I would!

I was hit in 2016 haven't got nothing .. I call for updates nothing .. th y don't call or let me know anything .. they get paid for nothing

I was in a bad accident in Jan. 2021. I have never been thru anything like this before. These people are amazing. Nicole and Jeff always answer my questions. They have made what should be a very stressful time in my life, very tolerable. Thank you guys very much. Deffinetly reccomend.

I would definitely recommend this firm. The Staff, especially Nicole, takes time out to explain the process step by step.

had a very bad experience with the lady behind the desk wouldnt call her a receptionist. she snatch some paper work out of my hands twice and exchange words etc and when i email and called RON PUZIO about the matter GOT DEAD AIR ! no return calls no emails NOTHING. would never refer them .

Don’t communicate what so ever just want you to get the doctors paid terrible

I signed up with these guys and what a mistake. No one answers the phone, when they finally do its with an attitude. It is difficult to get any updates Very unprofessional. stay away

When it comes to the professionalism of this company I will not refer anyone to them.Their lack of communication leaves you in a mental hardship.I would never have expected something like this from a law officers which they are there to help you.Knowing that any case causes the client to not be in a good place does nothing but but add on more stress. When a law office communication throughout the office from the receptionist to the back and when you reach out you always get the wrong misleading info or the run arounds thee services that are offered here unacceptable and most of all unbelievable as I am in complete shock. Please never consider them you will most DEFINITELY regret your decision.

Currently dealing with them now about a case from 2 years ago. They switched my attorney without even letting know. They don’t update you with information and when you call they are rude or don’t get back to you what so ever.

They never informed you of anything that was going on. The next thing I knew they had closed my case without my knowledge I had to find out from the doctor's office. And no I will not be recommending them to anyone. I have found me a better attorney.
