GREAT real estate attorney! I can't recommend them, and her enough! Their office space, meeting rooms and the facility in general is beyond any expectation or preconceived notion I ever had about an attorneys office. Autumn offered snacks and refreshments during our wait(I always arrive early, closings were prompt and executed quickly). All documents were correct and professionally composed. Everyone inside the office was very friendly and made us feel as if we were family friends. We will definitely be using them, and hopefully Autumn for any and all future real estate transactions. Stay away from this firm. They only care about making money. They also seem overbooked and too busy. Never got a timely response. When I did interact with them, it was curt and dismissive. Do not work with Will Leach. Let say he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, and makes up for this by being passive aggressive and condescending. Why would you do a job that you don't like.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LET AN ILLEGAL SALE OF A HOME GO THROUGH WITH ZERO PERMITS AND NO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO OBTAIN C.O. 5 DAYS AFTER CLOSING AND NEVER DID. WE ARE NOW STUCK IN A HOME LOAN THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THERE DUE DILIGENCE ON AND DID NOT. COMPLETELY FAILED US AS A CLIENT. (Only gave one star because I couldn’t choose zero).

I needed to get a quit claim deed for my home in order to change my last name due to marriage. When I tried calling the attorney who had done the closing for my house three years prior, there was no answer multiple times. I used google reviews to find a highly rated real estate attorney, and that's where Quarterman, Hodson, Triplett & Leach come in to the picture. I called and immediately got an answer, within an hour received an introduction letter, and after sending back the information they requested, told to expect the deed in a week. They emailed the next day saying it was ready! I was shocked. I went in and signed, which was very easy, quick, and they were extremely polite and professional. Later that afternoon, they emailed and it was ALREADY filed with Athens Clarke county! They emailed me a copy, and of course the original will be sent from the county. I could never have imagined an easier transaction, and the excellent treatment from this law practice, and their contact person Kayla Frost. I highly recommend them!
